We're all going to "Helen's Handbaskets"? That's lovely. Oh wait... that doesn't sound right.

In relation to the '7 Deadly Sins' hash I had been planning, after having borrowed the idea from Executive Spread when I was in Tuscon a few weeks ago, BoingBoing.net had a blog post. Apparently, If you arrange them around a heptagon using labels A-G, and connect each sin to the others, you get 21 secondary sins. For example; Lust + Pride = Trophy Wife.

Using the binomial coefficient you can also count all the possible ways of combining any number of the sins. In all, there seems to be one hundred and twenty seven (127) ways to piece together any number of the seven sins.

Random thoughts like the one you just posted are the direct result of still being awake at 4am.

You're quoting a 12-year-old??

This is merely a 4am thing? Wow, maybe that's what's wrong with me!

Hey, I'll use an awesome quote no matter the source. Kids are comedy gold, especially since they seem to be on the same level as most hashers!

Besides, the double 'hour of the tiger' (3 - 5 AM) is a good time to go through one's troubles and contemplate.

It's also a good time to watch B movies on TV. Hmmmm, torn! To sleep or not to sleep?

He does have some pretty good one-liners!
